# How Does It Work?

Actively monitor fatigue levels by utilizing Fatigue Science's wearable tech, the Readiband and intervene as necessary to prevent workers from operating while under a state of severe fatigue impairment.

Until now, fatigue impairment has been very difficult to detect and measure. It is finally possible to know your workers are alert and ready for the safety-sensitive duties that lie ahead.
