An advanced Exploration company was seeking to make a critical change to its executive team in early 2023. They required a replacement for an existing executive in order to take their operations to the next level. 

 

Being a lean organization, this company did not have an internal HR team, leaving them without the necessary expertise and capacity to source and screen candidates effectively. Because this was a confidential search that would require an extensive recruitment process, the challenge was exceptionally complex.
