Over a nine-year period in the Dutch Army, Paul was responsible for Military Logistics during the first Gulf War and assisted in the distribution of Humanitarian Aid for the United Nations (UNHCR) during the conflict in Bosnia.
 
Following an internship at Apple, Paul was hired by Accenture as a Management Consultant. After being promoted to Executive Partner, Paul was responsible for Accenture’s Global Freight and Logistics practice, working with more than 40 clients in 21 countries to achieve success.
 
Leveraging the combination of consulting, technology and business process outsourcing, Paul helps clients transform their organizations and achieve significant financial outcomes. Now, with more than twenty-five years of global experience, Paul is the President at TPD, providing focused leadership and driving high performance.

Arriving from the non-profit sector, Caleb’s emphasis on “client first” partnerships accelerated the growth of TPD’s insourced solutions division. An entrepreneur in his own right, Caleb now leads the Private Equity & Venture Capital team at TPD.
 
As a business partner to PE and VC firms, Caleb is responsible for the management of strategic human capital solutions at the investment and portfolio level.
 
With deal making and fundraising on an upward trajectory, Caleb carries TPD’s focus on optimizing the PE and VC engine by driving cost efficiencies and managing human capital risk to enable business performance across portfolio.
